OLI'S SEASON REPORT

2007 can only be described as mixed, some good patches, some bad patches. The highlight has been retaining both the National Championship and the National Series titles. What has made this even sweeter is that this is the third year on the bounce I've held both simultaneously. Internationally, achieving wins at the World Champs test race and the Hungary Cup was really satisfying.

However, I feel that, due to health problems, I haven't quite achieved what I set out to at the start of the year which was to top the previous two year's results. Despite these problems, and the steady rides they have caused me to settle for, I can't be too unhappy as I was the 1st Brit to finish in both the Euro and World Champs.

The aim for 2008 is to stay 100% healthy so I can tackle the World Champs and Olympic Games head on. At home I want to hold on to my titles, especially the National Champs, for another year.
